With over 30 years of diverse experience across education, corporate training, and talent development, I bring a unique blend of academic insight and industry expertise to the field of career counselling and international education.
My academic foundation is rooted in three master’s degrees—M.A. in Education, M.A. in English, and an MBA—complemented by 11 professional certifications across HR, Finance, and Career counselling. I began my journey as a passionate school educator, teaching students from grades 6 to 12 in New Delhi. Over time, I transitioned into corporate learning and development, where I held leadership roles with esteemed organizations like Hero MindMine, Tata AIG Life, HDFC Standard Life, and Ricoh , eventually serving as Head of L&D in 2016.
In 2016, I founded Accomplish IELTS, an institute that empowered hundreds of students and immigration aspirants to achieve high bands and pursue global opportunities. Following this, I served as Head of HR at RADNIK, a global fashion manufacturer associated with brands like Ralph Lauren Hugo Boss and Boss.
Today, I channel my expertise into my latest venture—Lakshya Now, a holistic career counselling and study abroad platform. At Lakshay Now, our mission is to offer honest, student-centric guidance that aligns a learner’s passion with practical pathways, whether in India or overseas. I believe that career planning should be authentic, strategic, and deeply personal—not just a checklist of tasks.
